ACT -- Belgrade, August 18, 2025 - Several hundred demonstrators blocked traffic around 8:10 p.m. at the corner of King Alexander Boulevard and Roosevelt Street, as part of the protest ‘Where Did We Leave Off?' called by students on strike. Gathered at the intersection near the Vuk Monument, they made noise by blowing whistles and carried several Serbian flags and banners of citizens' assemblies No police forces were seen in the immediate vicinity of the Vuk Monument, except for traffic police. Later in the evening, demonstrators threw stones and firecrackers at the premises of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in Cvijiceva Street.
