Britain's new 981 million pounds missile system was put into action for the first time during air strikes on Baghdad last night, the Chief of the Defence Staff said today. The 1,110kg, five metre long missiles were launched by RAF GR4 Tornado aircraft during the intense bombardments and have an estimated range of 350 km.
