  • After seven years of construction and $60 million, Microsoft owner Bill Gates and his wife Melinda have finally moved into their Lake Washington waterfront home in Medina, WA, a suburb of Seattle. Although landscape work continues, the interior of the home is complete. It was announced today that Gates is the richest man in America being worth $39.8 billion dollars. As chairman of the computer software company, it is estimated that he makes $400 million a week. Gate's new hi-tech home, shown in picture taken September 29, is 20,000 square feet, spanning five acres, has a 30-car garage and has 20 rooms in the main portion of the house. GATES
