RUSSIA, MOSCOW - JULY 30, 2023: First responders are seen at the Moscow International Business Centre Moscow City where explosions have hit the Oko-2 tower and a tower of the IQ-Quarter complex. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the city was attacked by Ukrainian drones according to the Russian Defence Ministry, three Ukrainian UAVs took part in the attack, one of them destroyed in the air over the Moscow Region s Odintsovo District.
