The classification of the AfD as a suspected right-wing extremist organization by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) is legal, according to a ruling by the OVG in Münster. This means that the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution may continue to use intelligence services to monitor the party.
