Story from Jam Press (Beach Body) Pictured: The sex doll that washed up on the beach. ‘Dead body’ on tourist hotspot beach turns out to be SEX DOLL. Beach-goers who were horrified after spotting what they believed to be a naked corpse have left police laughing – as the 'body' turns out to be something much less sinister. The incident took place on Bang Saen beach in the Thai province of Chon Buri last week (18 August). Photos shows the bizarre situation, with what appears to be a naked leg clearly visible in the image. However, as it turns out, there was no crime at hand; the body was in fact a hyper-realistic sex doll, allegedly a Japanese model branded as 'AV Idol'. Before the crime was ‘solved’, panicked beach-goers called the police. Paramedics and police officers rushed to the scene and came across the ‘victim’, which turned out to be the realistic sex doll with its bum on show. According to an internet search, the doll is estimated to cost THB 20,000 (£469). Police believe the product was dumped in a canal or river, before making its way to the sea. Despite missing its head, the item is being kept at the local police station in case the owner wants to pop in to reclaim it. ENDS
