The Verkehrsverbund Oberelbe (VVO) is testing new drives for railway lines on which diesel railcars are currently still in use. This line also includes the Dresden - Königsbrück connection on which the Desiro ML ÖBB Cityjet eco railcar performed a test run on the same day.
