AUSTRIA, VIENNA - MARCH 23, 2024: The flag of the Russian Federation flies at half mast at the Russian Embassy in Vienna to commemorate the victims of the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack. On March 22, 2024, unidentified gunmen opened fire before the start of a concert at the Crocus City Hall in the town of Krasnogorsk near Moscow, and set off explosives that started a massive fire in the building.
