Belgium, Brussels, 19/3/26 Photo: Tim Dirven A projection of a golden facade and the letters “TRUMP TOWER - RESIST TRUMP’S AGENDA” has turned the European Commission headquarters in Brussels into a copy of one of President Trump’s skyscrapers, accusing EU leaders meeting today of capitulating to his demands. The Greenpeace Belgium activists are protesting the EU’s continued dependence on the US for oil and gas imports, the removal of protections for the environment, public health and privacy, and the lack of resistance to the US’s breaches of international law.
