The Hessian district court of Dieburg has ruled thus, after a woman brought an action against Juergens. The 39-year-old woman claims to be the daughter of Juergens. A spokesperson of the court announced the paternity test requirement on 09 December 2011, confirming a report by the 'Bild' newspaper.
