Die etwa fünf Zentimeter große Nosferatu-Spinne sieht zwar furchteinflößend aus, stellt in der Regel aber keine Gefahr für Menschen dar.

13 September 2024, North Rhine-Westphalia, Bonn: A Nosferatu spider is kept in a small container in the Museum König. The Nosferatu spider (Zoropsis spinimana) is now native to almost all of Germany, according to the German Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (Nabu). With a body length of just under two centimetres and leg spans of up to six centimetres, it is one of the largest spiders in Germany. The species, which originates from the Mediterranean region, is unusual in several respects. Photo: Benjamin Westhoff/dpa
