- The KÉSZ Design Agreement was concluded in July 2023.
- The final amendment and entry into force of the KÉSZ was adopted at the Municipal Council meeting in September 2024.
- The Settlement Agreement was concluded on May 13, 2024.
- The area was used as a parking lot.
