All those travelling must be over the age of 21; accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing one room; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your room on check in; stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel; flights from the major city of the territory of departure; flights may be indirect the prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car rental, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider's discretion; hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; all travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Spring Break (1 – 31 March 2017), Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; the minimum age for the lifeguard experience is 16 years old and all participants must be able to swim; lesson can be conducted in English or Spanish; dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of $250 including 20% gratuity, a dress code may apply, minimum age is 21 years old and proof of age may be required; bar tab at specified bar is provided to the value of $100, the minimum drinking age is 21 years old, proof of age may be required for entrance to the bar and purchase of alcohol; for the speedboat experience the driver must be 22 years of age or older, no swimming is allowed on the tour and participants must follow guide for duration of tour, the tour will be conducted in English; for the jet ski, the minimum age to ride solo is 14 years old, participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign waiver., age to be a passenger is at the discretion of the authorized jet ski user, or parent/legal guardian, participants must bring a valid photo ID and a credit card or cash for $500 security deposit (per ski), sun protection and a swimsuit, all riders between the ages of 14 and 22 must take a 15-minute test to be eligible to ride a jet ski; tour and instruction will be conducted in English.
